The Banshees of Inisherin

Padraic (Colin Farrell) and Colm (Brendan Gleeson) live on a remote island on the west coast of Ireland. They have been friends all their lives. The horror is great when Colm suddenly decides to end their friendship. With the support of his sister Siobhan (Kerry Condon), who, together with the son of the local policeman Dominic (Barry Keoghan), has her very own problems in the small island community, the devastated Padraic tries to rekindle their friendship. But Colm gives him a shocking ultimatum to make his intention clear. Events begin to escalate and get completely out of hand.
