Scope of application
The terms and conditions apply to all open air cinemas organised by Cinerent AG in Switzerland under the name ‘Allianz Cinema’.
Eligibility conditions for competitions run by Allianz Cinema
Participants will be contacted directly if they have won. There will be no correspondence regarding the competitions. The winner will be drawn at random and, depending on how the raffle is drawn, notified of their win via Instagram, Facebook or by email.
You must be 18 or over to take part. The participant must reside in Switzerland. Participants take part in the raffle by responding to the invitation to participate. All competitions publicised on Allianz Cinema’s direct channels are run by Cinerent AG. It is free to take part in competitions run by Cinerent AG (apart from standard communication costs) and no purchase is necessary.
Tickets
Contractual relationships are established exclusively between the buyer of the ticket and Cinerent AG when a ticket is purchased.
Tickets are checked electronically when entering the event. Only tickets purchased through official sales channels are valid. It is not permitted to copy, alter or imitate tickets. Tickets must be protected against moisture, dirt, damage and any mechanical or visual defects, etc. The QR code must be machine-readable. If the ticket is not collected upon entry, it must be kept until the end of the event and shown on request. Any instructions given by event staff must be followed. Persons who violate these regulations may not only be banned from the event but also held liable for compensation for damages.
Right to return/cancellation
Purchased tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless an event is cancelled. Events take place in all weathers. Film screenings are cancelled if the wind speed exceeds 80 km/h where the screening is to take place. If the event has to be cancelled, tickets will be refunded. Tickets paid for via the website using an electronic means of payment are automatically refunded via the same payment method. For refunds for all other purchased tickets, please contact Cinerent by email at ticketing@cinerent.com. We cannot refund or provide compensation that exceeds the ticket price. If we suspect misuse, the ticket may be cancelled. The ticket must be protected from being damaged.
Changes to the programme
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme without prior notice.
Personal data
The customer accepts that their personal data may be stored in connection with the use of the website or the ticketing system. Cinerent strives to treat this confidentially, in a legally binding and commercially reasonable way. Cinerent AG’s privacy policy provides details on handling personal data. Sales
Tickets are sold through Cinerent Services AG and Starticket Ltd. When buying a ticket through one of these ticketing systems, the general terms and conditions of the systems also apply. Photo and video recordings
The customer accepts that Cinerent will create and/or have photographic and audio recordings made on the event site and use them for publicity measures (website, social media, flyers, etc.) or pass these recordings on for the enforcement of civil and criminal claims. Cinerent strives to create image and sound recordings in such a way that the customer is not placed in undue focus.
Final provisions
Cinerent reserves the right to adjust and change the T&Cs at any time. The customer shall be suitably informed of any changes. Should parts of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the contract or the remaining terms and conditions shall be unaffected by this. The place of performance for the supply of goods and for payment is the registered office of Cinerent AG. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Cinerent AG.

Scope of application
Cinerent Services AG (‘Cinerent’) runs a ticketing system that organisers can integrate into their website or runs a website with an integrated ticketing system for organisers. The terms and conditions apply to all ticketing systems and websites that have been programmed by Cinerent Services AG and form the basis for the purchase of goods or services, particularly for the purchase of tickets through the ticketing system. By sending an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the general terms and conditions.
Cinerent liability
Cinerent and its suppliers strive to offer customers the most uninterrupted service possible. Cinerent and its suppliers work with the utmost care but cannot guarantee that the service will be provided without any errors or interruptions. In the event of unlawful intervention, with particular reference to misuse by unauthorised third parties, Cinerent shall not be liable for any damages that may occur. The use of devices by customers to access the website or the ticketing system is at their own risk and expense. Cinerent is not obliged to support specific software or operating systems.
Cinerent strives to keep all information in the ticketing system or on the website up to date, complete and accurate. However, Cinerent cannot accept any responsibility for how up to date, complete and accurate the content is.
Customer liability & obligations
Customers agree that all goods and services purchased through their account will be charged to them. Customers are responsible to a reasonable extent for keeping their passwords secret and for preventing use or misuse by unauthorised parties. If customers have reason to believe misuse has or is taking place, they must notify Cinerent as quickly as possible (ticketing@cinerent.com). The customer is liable for any damages caused by the misuse of the ticketing system or the website to the extent stipulated by law. If misuse is suspected, Cinerent is entitled to stop providing goods and services and to reject the order request.
The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If this is suspected, Cinerent reserves the right to lock the customer’s account.
Contractual relationship
The customer accepts that contractual rights and obligations from concluding a purchase agreement or from buying other goods and services on the website only exist between the organiser and the customer. The customer must contact the organiser for claims relating to the event.
Entrance inspections

The ticketing system and the website are protected by copyright. All legal aspects are owned by Cinerent and/or its suppliers and/or licensors.
