Getting to the open-air cinema at Zürichhorn is quick and easy. Here's everything you need to know before you go.

Good to know

  • Tickets: Go to My Tickets and you'll find all your purchased tickets. Save them to your wallet app or print them out before you head to the cinema.
  • Opening hours and film start: We're open from 7pm. The film starts after sunset, usually around 9:30pm.
  • Free seating: Seating is first come, first served. At the entrance you'll get a sign. Write your name on it and place it on the seat you'd like. Getting there early pays off.
  • Open-air cinema: Watching under the open sky also means being exposed to the weather. If it rains, we hand out free rain coats, and for CHF 10 you can pick up a cosy fleece blanket. Nothing standing between you and a relaxed movie night.

Mind the construction works

Major roadworks on Bellerivestrasse mean there are some restrictions around the Utoquai lido. The pedestrian crossings at the end of Hornbachstrasse and Fröhlichstrasse are currently closed, and the 'Chinawiese' bus stop is out of service for now. The city police have put up signs on site marking the detours.
