Amarga Navidad

Elsa works as an advertising director and loses her mother during the December holidays. Instead of taking a step back, she throws herself even more into her work and suppresses her grief without consciously coming to terms with the loss. It is only a personal crisis that forces her to take a break from her daily routine. Together with her friend Patricia, she travels to Lanzarote, where new perspectives open up. At the same time, the story of a screenwriter and director unfolds, intertwined with Elsa’s experiences.
